EquipmentShare is searching for an Outside Sales Representative (Territory Account Manager) for our Core Solutions rental location in Charleston, WV. This role is pivotal in expanding our existing customer base by building strong relationships with contractors and construction company principals. The Core Solutions branches provide a variety of equipment rentals, including aerial equipment, earth moving equipment, material handling equipment, and more. The successful candidate will be responsible for educating potential clients on how EquipmentShare can help them save money, increase their profits, and operate more efficiently. This position requires a proactive approach to sales, with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management. In this role, you will quickly respond to inbound leads and requests, ensuring that you maintain and nurture existing customer relationships. It is essential to keep customers informed about new or additional ways in which EquipmentShare can enhance their business operations. You will also be tasked with promptly addressing and resolving customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications. Additionally, you will develop new sales strategies and techniques aimed at increasing our market share and improving the overall customer experience. This position offers a competitive pay structure, including a base salary plus uncapped commission, and a commission guarantee period while you build your book of business.
