About the position

American Standard is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. This role is focused on selling our premium bath remodeling products, specifically Walk-In Tubs and Walk-In Showers, directly to customers in their homes. As a representative, you will conduct in-home sales presentations using our established 10-step sales approach. The company provides pre-set sales appointments, eliminating the need for you to generate leads or manage projects. This position operates on a commission-only basis, allowing you the freedom to manage your schedule without daily check-ins or quotas. With a legacy of 150 years in the industry, American Standard is a trusted brand known for its innovative products made in Texas, backed by lifetime warranties. Our marketing team invests significantly in advertising, ensuring a steady flow of leads for you to convert into sales. The ideal candidate will be confident, self-motivated, and possess exceptional communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. This role offers the potential for high earnings, with top representatives making upwards of $300,000 annually. Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging in-home sales presentations for Walk-In Tubs or Showers.
  • Oversee customer agreements, collect initial payments, and coordinate with the manufacturing team.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching programs.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in commission-only jobs.
  • Valid driver's license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
  • 2+ years in outside sales, preferably in a technical or complex environment.
  • Proven record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong background in customer service and relationship-building.
  • Experience in account and portfolio management, and upselling.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
