As an Outside Sales Representative at MATHESON, you will play a crucial role in establishing new accounts and maintaining existing sales of cylinder gases, welding equipment, safety, and personal protective equipment (PPE) products throughout your assigned protected territory. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with MATHESON's goals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential customers, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. You will also be expected to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies. The role requires a strong understanding of profit margins and effective quoting, as well as the ability to present professionally to various stakeholders. MATHESON provides comprehensive training to support your success in this role, along with a protected sales territory and uncapped commission potential. In addition to your sales responsibilities, you will collaborate with the Regional General Manager to align your sales efforts with the overall business strategy. This position offers a competitive salary starting from $80,000 per year, along with a car allowance and paid mileage.
