With detailed product knowledge, you will assess customer needs and offer tailored solutions from our extensive catalog of over 55,000 maintenance, repair, and operations products. Responsibilities

  • Act as a hunter and farmer of accounts, increasing your book of business.
  • Build relationships with maintenance supervisors, foremen, purchasing agents, and business owners.
  • Demonstrate high-quality products after receiving hands-on training.
  • Achieve sales objectives based on a personalized plan for success.
  • Fulfill the Two-Customer Philosophy by working closely with internal staff to exceed customer expectations.
  • Manage your time independently, developing your own route and schedule.
  • Exhibit detailed product knowledge to assess customer needs and offer solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of outside sales experience.
  • Proven history of success in sales.
  • Experience building business relationships with end-users of maintenance and repair products.
  • High level of motivation and a stable employment history.
