About the position

The Outside Sales Representative at Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair is responsible for consulting with homeowners to diagnose home issues and provide effective solutions. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences while working with pre-scheduled appointments. The position offers a commission-based compensation structure with unlimited earning potential, supported by comprehensive training and marketing leads.

Responsibilities

• Consult with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments to diagnose home issues.
• Deliver the best solutions for waterproofing, foundation, and concrete repair.
• Utilize state-of-the-art software to assist in sales processes.
• Maintain strong follow-up and closing skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively within a supportive and respectful company culture.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in residential real estate or home improvement industries (preferred but not required).
• Construction experience is a plus (but not required).
• Strong listening, closing, and follow-up skills.
• Physical ability to walk, climb ladders, kneel, and crawl.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Basic computer skills (training provided).
