The compensation structure is designed to reward your efforts, with a W-2 status and 100% commission model that includes monthly and quarterly bonuses. Typical first-year earnings range from $80,000 to $90,000, with uncapped earning potential. NFIB's sales force has a strong track record, with 40% earning six-figure incomes and the top 10% exceeding $200,000 annually. Additionally, you will receive three weeks of training pay and monthly mileage reimbursement, making this an attractive opportunity for driven individuals.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting)
  • Memorizing and utilizing NFIB's proven 5-minute verbatim sales presentation
  • Building quick rapport and delivering an engaging presentation
  • Overcoming objections and closing the sale
  • Processing payment on the spot
