About the position
The Outside Sales Representative at Reyes Beverage Group is a full-time field-based sales position responsible for maintaining and growing customer relationships within the San Francisco area. The role involves executing sales calls, managing inventory, and ensuring product freshness while adhering to company policies and sales plans.
Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with customers while increasing business by selling and ordering products.
- Execute and close all sales calls for assigned routes.
- Plan and conduct regular sales calls to support accounts on a local route.
- Assess product rotation on shelves and in back rooms to maximize product freshness.
- Manage accurate inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues.
- Ensure proper pricing and timely execution of sales plans.
- Coordinate the use of point-of-sale materials and secure trade support.
- Maintain and sell incremental displays.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma with 3 to 4 plus years of specific experience.
- Valid driver's license and reliable automobile transportation with auto insurance coverage.
- Ability to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds regularly and up to 170 pounds.
