About the position

Qual Chem Corporation is seeking an energetic and self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our rapidly expanding team in Orange County. As a nationwide chemical supplier, we cater to a diverse clientele including military, major hotels, hospitals, school districts, municipalities, senior housing, golf courses, and various government entities. This position offers the independence and financial freedom that many sales professionals dream of, with the potential to earn substantial commissions based on performance. Established in 1984 and incorporated in 2004, Qual Chem prides itself on manufacturing all chemicals in the U.S. and providing a proven winning program for the right candidates. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing business within existing accounts while also cold calling into new accounts face-to-face. You will have the opportunity to work with up to 30 accounts initially, with the potential for monthly reorders from clients. The position is structured as an independent contractor (1099), allowing for unlimited commission potential. We provide comprehensive sales training on our products and effective demonstration techniques, ensuring you have the tools needed to succeed. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with no weekends, evenings, or holidays required, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will benefit from a supportive customer service department that assists with order placements and client support. Additionally, you will have access to reliable distribution centers for order fulfillment.
