EquipmentShare is searching for an Outside Sales Representative (Territory Account Manager) for our Core Solutions rental location in Albany, NY. This role is pivotal in expanding our existing customer base by building strong relationships with contractors and construction company principals. The Core Solutions branches provide a variety of equipment rentals, including aerial equipment, earth moving equipment, material handling equipment, and more. The successful candidate will be responsible for educating potential clients on how EquipmentShare can help them save money, increase their profits, and operate more efficiently. This position offers a competitive pay structure, including a base salary and uncapped commission, with no market restrictions. Additionally, there is a commission guarantee period while the new hire builds their book of business. The Outside Sales Representative will be expected to quickly respond to inbound leads and requests, ensuring that all customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications are addressed promptly. Maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships is crucial to ensure that our customers are 100 percent satisfied with the level of service and support they receive from EquipmentShare. The representative will also be responsible for keeping customers informed about new or additional ways in which EquipmentShare can help improve their business. Furthermore, the role involves developing new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and enhance the customer experience. This position is ideal for someone who is tenacious, innovative, and possesses superior sales skills. While industry knowledge in rental or construction and experience in B2B sales is preferred, it is not required, as EquipmentShare is willing to train the right candidate. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services.
