About the position

Automotive Fasteners Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing an established territory, where you will have the opportunity to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. This role does not require overnight travel, allowing you to focus on maximizing sales within your local area. The company has a rich history of over 60 years in the industry, and we have developed a proven sales approach that has led to our success. New hires will undergo comprehensive in-house product and sales training, followed by field training alongside experienced sales representatives and executive management. This structured training program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in your role. Compensation for this position includes a base salary along with commissions based on gross sales, rewarding those who are assertive and driven. Additionally, you will be provided with a company vehicle and an expense account to facilitate your sales activities.
