EquipmentShare is searching for an Outside Sales Representative (Territory Accounts Manager) for our Core Solutions rental location in Seekonk, MA. This role is pivotal in expanding our existing customer base by building strong relationships with contractors and construction company principals. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting our equipment rental services, which include aerial equipment, earth moving equipment, material handling equipment, and more. The position offers a competitive pay structure, including a base salary and uncapped commissions, with no market restrictions on earnings. In this role, you will quickly respond to inbound leads and requests, actively work to expand our customer base, and educate potential clients on how EquipmentShare can help them save money, increase efficiency, and improve their operations. Maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships is crucial to ensure that our clients are completely satisfied with the service and support they receive. You will also be responsible for keeping customers informed about new services and solutions that can further enhance their business operations. The ideal candidate will be tenacious, innovative, and possess superior sales skills. While industry knowledge in rental or construction and experience in B2B sales is preferred, we are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates a natural aptitude for sales.
