About The Position
Paradise Exteriors is seeking a motivated and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the home improvement industry. This full-time commission-only position offers a unique opportunity to change your life and earn a substantial income, with potential earnings of up to $160,000 a year. We welcome individuals with no prior sales experience, as many of our successful sales representatives have transitioned from various careers and now earn over $100,000 annually. We are looking for professional, personable, articulate, and tech-savvy individuals who are ready to join our family and earn their share of commissions ranging from 4% to 15% or more based on sales volume and other factors. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for traveling to scheduled appointments within your service area, utilizing your personal vehicle. You will implement the training and best practices provided during in-home appointments, explaining the benefits of our products and services to potential customers. Using a digital slide presentation on an iPad, you will demonstrate the features and value of our offerings. Maintaining a professional company image is crucial, and you will be expected to continue learning through ongoing training to enhance your product knowledge and sales performance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with persuasive conversation and negotiation abilities, are essential for success in this role. While proven experience as a sales representative is helpful, it is not a requirement, as we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.
