We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in expanding our client base, fostering strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities. They will research and analyze market trends to stay informed about industry developments and potential clients, and conduct compelling presentations to showcase CCS Facility Service offerings, demonstrating how our solutions meet the needs of prospective clients. The Outside Sales Representative will tailor presentations to address the unique requirements of each client and articulate the value proposition effectively. They will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that exceed expectations. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to ensure seamless communication and coordination in delivering services to clients. The representative will prepare and present detailed proposals, including pricing and service agreements, in a clear and professional manner, and negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Setting and achieving ambitious sales targets in alignment with organizational goals is a key responsibility, along with continuously monitoring and evaluating performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results. Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats is crucial, as is providing feedback to the leadership team on market dynamics and recommending strategies for staying ahead of the competition.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 3 plus years of proven track record in outside sales, with a focus on facility management services or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of facility management services and industry trends is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
