As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for creating and offering customized preventive maintenance memberships to prospective customers. Building strong relationships and providing real value to our clients is essential. You will work closely with both outside and inside teams to generate leads and achieve our sales goals. Your role will involve making phone calls, sending texts and emails to schedule appointments, and managing customer experiences and expectations. Delivering professional presentations and following up with customers in alignment with our core values will be key to your success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Create and offer customized preventive maintenance memberships to prospective customers
  • Build relationships and find ways to provide real value to current and future customers
  • Work with outside/inside teams to generate leads required to achieve sales goals
  • Make phone calls and send texts/emails to schedule appointments
  • Take ownership of the membership program
  • Manage customer experience and expectations
  • Deliver professional presentations to prospective customers
  • Follow up with customers at a pace that aligns with core values

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of successful sales experience
  • 1+ years of outside sales experience
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technology with proper training
  • Proficient in using Google Suite apps (sheets, docs, slides, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills for email and phone calls

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in conversion optimization
  • Familiarity with door-to-door sales
