As an Outside Sales Representative at Uline, you will be at the forefront of building strong customer relationships that are founded on trust. Your journey begins with an extensive training program that lasts four weeks, followed by a 12-week mentorship initiative. This structured onboarding process is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed. Additionally, you will participate in weekly learning and strategy meetings with leadership, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. In this position, you will take on the role of the "CEO" of your territory, managing accounts across various industries and exploring opportunities to penetrate new markets. You will have the autonomy to design your day, balancing time spent in the office with your peers and planning face-to-face customer visits. This flexibility allows you to structure your schedule in a way that promotes a healthy work-life balance while achieving your sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing accounts within your territory.
  • Bring in new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous sales experience preferred, but training will be provided.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
