About the position

GANZ is a leader in the Gift Industry, and we are excited to offer a full-time position for an Outside Sales Representative/Territory Manager. The position comes with a base salary of $40,000, complemented by a commission earnings plan that includes bonuses and monthly commissions. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers within your designated territory. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in the field to promote and sell products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Manage a designated sales territory effectively.
• Utilize technology, including an iPad and Microsoft Office, to track sales and manage customer interactions.
• Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
• Travel throughout the territory, including overnight stays as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in outside or retail sales.
• Experience in the wholesale gift, home decor, or fashion apparel industry is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
