As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads through prospecting and cold calling potential clients. You will conduct on-site visits to assess clients' HVAC needs and provide product demonstrations to showcase our offerings. Your role will involve preparing and delivering customized sales proposals and quotes based on client requirements, as well as negotiating pricing and contractual agreements to close sales deals. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution. Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments will be essential for your success. You will also have the opportunity to attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand your professional network and identify new business opportunities. Achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas set by the organization will be a primary focus, and you will develop trusted business advisor relationships with your customers. In addition to sales responsibilities, you will assist customers with technical questions related to HVAC products and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software. General administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence will also be part of your responsibilities. This role requires a high level of communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
