In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with both current and potential customers. This includes reviewing plans and specifications prior to bidding, calculating and quoting material prices, completing project submittals, and maintaining project files. You will also be tasked with tracking and documenting market data related to product and pricing, performing ongoing market analysis, and entertaining customers to resolve complaints and assist in collections. Building a good working relationship with fellow team members and establishing a sales process with central dispatch will be essential for your success in this role. Additionally, you will be expected to actively participate in trade and community associations, engage with production and quality teams, and ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures. This position may also require you to work odd hours and Saturdays as necessary, reflecting the dynamic nature of the construction industry.
