As an Outside Sales Representative at Race Communications, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively engage potential customers through direct interactions in their homes and communities. This position requires you to serve as the face of Race Communications, creating meaningful connections with individuals and effectively conveying the exceptional value of our products and services to secure their business. You will be instrumental in promoting reliable, high-quality internet services, thereby supporting Race Communications' mission to bridge the digital divide between rural and urban areas. In this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as sales acumen to explain products and services, address questions and complaints, and provide effective solutions. You will be expected to work independently and collaboratively with other Race team members across various teams and levels of our organization. The position is primarily field-based, requiring 100% travel to designated worksite locations, and occasional travel to other Race offices or off-site locations. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas, which include achieving a target of 44 door-to-door sales per month based on market demand. You will also be responsible for maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and ensuring compliance with sales team procedures and guidelines. This role demands a high level of organization, time management, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
