About the position

FHIA Remodeling is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Outside Sales Representatives. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organization with unlimited earning potential. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering interactive sales presentations to decision-makers in their homes, promoting our high-quality remodeling products and services. You will receive comprehensive training to refine your communication and negotiation skills, ensuring you excel in this role. Our marketing teams will provide you with pre-qualified leads, eliminating the need for cold calling or door knocking. You will have 2-3 pre-set appointments each day, allowing you to focus on closing sales and meeting your goals. In this role, you will apply consistent effort and maintain a positive attitude to meet planned sales goals and quotas. You will set individual sales targets, track your progress, and report results to management. Additionally, you will develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring a smooth process for our customers. Flexibility is key, as you will be expected to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules. This position is ideal for self-motivated individuals who thrive in a results-oriented environment and possess exceptional customer service skills. Responsibilities

  • Deliver interactive sales presentations on our products and services to decision makers at their homes.
  • Apply consistent effort and maintain a positive attitude to meet planned sales goals and quotas.
  • Set individual sales targets and track sales goals, reporting results to management.
  • Promote company products and services effectively to potential customers.
  • Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts with clients.
  • Work a full schedule, including flexibility for weekend and holiday appointments.

Requirements

  • Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments.
  • Own vehicle with a valid driver's license.
  • In-home sales or business-to-consumer sales experience preferred.
  • Experience in windows and doors, bath remodeling, kitchen design, roofing, or HVAC sales is a plus.
  • Must be self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales goals and work successfully without close supervision.
  • Criminal background checks are required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in home remodeling sales is a plus.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies in the home improvement industry.
