About the position

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to sell Master Service Agreements and Fire Restoration projects for our company. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to drive revenue growth. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will engage in various sales tactics, including cold calling and networking, to build a pipeline of potential clients interested in our services. You will conduct sales presentations and service demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings, negotiate and close sales contracts, and follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction. Your ability to cultivate long-term relationships will be crucial in driving repeat business and ensuring client loyalty. Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work closely with internal teams, including project managers and customer service representatives, to ensure the smooth and successful implementation of services for clients. Staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities will help you identify opportunities for growth and development in your sales strategy. This position requires a self-motivated and ambitious sales professional who is passionate about closing deals and driving revenue while helping clients and businesses in their time of need.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales tactics to build a pipeline of potential clients interested in Master Service Agreements and Fire Restoration Services.
  • Conduct sales presentations and service demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our services and solutions to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts with clients to secure Master Service Agreements and Fire Restoration Projects.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and customer service representatives, to ensure smooth and successful implementation of services for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the construction and restoration industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet sales targets and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of fire restoration services and Master Service Agreements is a plus.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to client sites and attend sales meetings.
