About the position

The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for servicing the Inland Empire area by identifying potential customers in the kitchen and bathroom remodeling industry, building vendor relationships, and maximizing sales through effective customer engagement. This role requires a bilingual individual who can communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, and who is self-motivated to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers by seeking out wholesalers and retailers in the kitchen and bathroom remodeling industry using online platforms.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, introducing them to the full range of stone countertops and bathroom products.
• Assist customers in setting up showroom displays by providing sample materials and special pricing.
• Maximize sales by identifying bulk-purchase opportunities and assisting customers in placing larger orders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing needs, growing existing accounts, and fostering repeat business.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Valid driver's license
• Experience in outside sales preferred
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Self-motivated and goal-driven to maximize sales and income potential
• Must be available to work 6 days a week and answer phone calls during off hours as needed
