EquipmentShare is searching for an Outside Sales Representative (Territory Account Manager) for our Core Solutions rental location in Knoxville, TN. This role is pivotal in expanding our existing customer base by building strong relationships with contractors and construction company principals. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting our equipment rental services, which include aerial equipment, earth moving equipment, material handling equipment, and more. The position offers a competitive pay structure, including a base salary and uncapped commissions, with no market restrictions. In this role, you will quickly respond to inbound leads and requests, ensuring that potential customers are informed about the numerous ways EquipmentShare can help them save money, increase their profits, and operate more efficiently. You will also maintain and nurture existing customer relationships, ensuring that they are 100 percent satisfied with the level of service and support they receive from EquipmentShare. Keeping customers updated about new or additional ways in which EquipmentShare can improve their business is essential. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing new sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and enhance the customer experience.
