Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners on pre-qualified, company-generated leads.
• Build rapport with customers and determine desired outcomes.
• Examine the customer's home to diagnose issues and provide recommendations.
• Write detailed proposals including photographs, instructions, diagrams, and pricing lists.
• Negotiate contracts, process payments, and ensure timely filing of paperwork.
• Meet or exceed sales goals by consistently following the sales process.

Requirements

• In-home sales experience preferred, not required.
• Construction sales or home-improvement sales experience is a plus.
• Strong listening, closing, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable with physical tasks such as entering crawlspaces, walking, climbing ladders, kneeling, and crawling.
• Skill in operating computer software.
• A valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
