About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Irr Supply Centers, Inc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing existing accounts, and developing new business opportunities in the market. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a strategic thinker, and possesses excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be an expert in customer service, have a strong understanding of technology sales, and be proficient in Salesforce. The goal of this position is to consistently meet or exceed sales targets while fostering strong relationships with clients and prospects. In this role, you will manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth, and develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets. You will utilize Salesforce to track and analyze sales performance and customer interactions, stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and technologies, and conduct market research to stay ahead of the competition. Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction is paramount, as is collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop new business opportunities. You will also analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and demonstrate a strong understanding of technical sales principles while communicating effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
