About the position

The Outside Sales Representative at Youngsville Gun Club and Range is responsible for driving sales for corporate packages, employee benefits programs, and various events. This role requires a dynamic individual with proven sales expertise and excellent communication skills to connect with a diverse clientele, from executives to frontline employees. The position offers autonomy and the opportunity to significantly impact earnings through a lucrative commission structure.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and event organizers.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Corporate Sales and Events & Experiences programs.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in various industries.
• Collaborate with clients to create customized packages that meet their needs.
• Represent the brand professionally at networking events and meetings.

Requirements

• Sales experience is required, with a minimum of 5 years preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• A positive attitude and a results-driven mindset.
• Driver's License is required.
