Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and create new customer relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to exceed customer expectations.
  • Engage in proactive sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Create and manage a flexible schedule to maximize sales efforts and income potential.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for success.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of outside sales experience.
  • Experience in construction supply or industrial distribution.
  • Prior experience working with general contractors and/or municipalities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a similar sales role within the construction industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
