This role is crucial as it involves educating and informing homeowners about their entitlements related to storm damage, specifically concerning roofing, siding, and gutter projects. Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, identify, and close new sales opportunities through targeted canvassing, referrals, preset leads, networking, and social media.
  • Manage and maximize assigned territory effectively.
  • Conduct exterior property inspections to identify wind and hail damage.
  • Convert inspections into filed claims and signed contracts with homeowners.
  • Review scope of work summaries and finalize contracts with homeowners.
  • Meet with insurance adjusters on-site to discuss claims.
  • Collect funds and insurance deductibles from homeowners after project completion.
  • Obtain referrals from satisfied customers and through networking efforts.
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with homeowners by exceeding their expectations.
  • Educate customers on industry standards, products, and AmeriPro's policies and procedures.
  • Manage the sales pipeline methodically using the company's CRM system.
  • Maintain constant communication with sales leadership, homeowners, and office staff.
  • Prepare for and attend weekly sales meetings to discuss progress and strategies.
  • Follow AmeriPro's sales system, policies, processes, and procedures diligently.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven full cycle sales experience (preferred).
  • Must have a reliable working vehicle with insurance coverage (10 years or newer preferred to qualify for vehicle allowance).
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Must have, or be able to obtain, a smartphone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures.
  • Industry knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience using a CRM platform is required.
  • Experience following a documented consultative sales system is preferred.
  • Self-sufficient and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Dedication to personal career development and achieving set goals.
  • Must have a valid driver's license (any state applicable).
  • Preferred to be 21 years of age or older for insurance purposes.
