They will follow established procedures and guidelines to promote and sell Senske products and services within their designated geographic area. Maintaining organized account records and managing customer feedback through a CRM system is essential. The representative will also compile lists of prospective customers based on various resources, prepare sales reports, and conduct retention calls to measure customer satisfaction after services are completed. Resolving customer complaints and analyzing new sale cancellation requests to retain customers are also key responsibilities. The position offers a base salary ranging from $25,000 to $50,000, with the starting salary determined by relevant experience. Additionally, the Sales Representative can earn commissions for revenue sold, with an average first-year commission potential of $20,000 to $30,000. This role is crucial for driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction within the company’s service offerings.
