About the position

House FX Custom Roofing is seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative. This role focuses on helping homeowners navigate the insurance process after roofing damage, with opportunities for rapid advancement to a Sales Management position. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and a desire to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Assist homeowners in understanding and navigating the insurance claims process.
• Meet with insurance adjusters to represent and advocate for the homeowner's claim.
• Provide expert advice on roofing material options, ensuring homeowners make informed decisions that best suit their home and budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners and insurance adjusters.
• Manage and track multiple projects, ensuring timely and effective communication with all parties involved.

Requirements

• 1 year outside sales experience
• Ability to climb ladders and lift 50lbs
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with homeowners and adjusters.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow rapidly within the company.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of the roofing industry and/or insurance claims process is a plus but not required.
