About the position

The Outside Sales/Territory Manager position at Pye-Barker involves representing industry-leading products and driving business growth in the Orlando/Tampa area. The role focuses on building relationships with clients, presenting tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Present and sell industry-leading products, including pumps, air compressors, and blowers.
  • Build meaningful relationships to ensure Pye-Barker is the first call for client needs.
  • Drive a 10% annual sales increase in your territory by identifying new client opportunities and securing service contracts.
  • Conduct client presentations, plant audits, and engaging 'Lunch & Learn' sessions to showcase our products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create accurate quotes and drive service fulfillment.
  • Maintain detailed CRM records to keep clients and teams aligned.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in B2B industrial sales or outside sales.
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Associate's or Bachelor's) preferred.
  • Expertise with compressed air, pumps, and pressure blowers is ideal.
  • Proven ability to interpret and meet clients' needs with customized solutions.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined with strong time management skills.
