We are excited to be adding to our growing team an Outside Sales Manager, preferably based out of middle to west Tennessee, who will be responsible for managing a territory with approximately 75% travel. This position involves numerous customer service-related duties, including calling on customers in an assigned territory, building relationships with both new and established customers in masonry products, demonstrating products and/or services, providing quotes, and following leads on market trends as well as competitors' products and pricing. The Outside Sales Manager will be tasked with selling the organization's products and/or services, interacting with customers daily, maintaining current customer relationships, and developing new ones. A broad range of knowledge related to the masonry product line is essential, as is the ability to provide quotes to customers and update them on order status and completion. The role also requires providing the corporate staff with all necessary information pertaining to customer account setup and maintenance, tracking sales, and managing all materials on site, both company stock and customer materials. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for answering and resolving questions and problems as they arise, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service.
