We are currently seeking passionate and motivated individuals to fill outside sales positions in various locations, including Fort Collins, CO. This is an exciting opportunity for those who excel in sales and are eager to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment. As an Outside Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Your role will involve conducting cold calls in the field to establish new permanent sales and supporting current customers through exceptional service. You will need to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our extensive product line and effectively communicate this knowledge to potential clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, enabling them to identify leads, manage prospective customers, and acquire new business effectively. You will be expected to plan and target accounts and markets, perform site surveys, and meet established sales quotas. This position offers a competitive salary, commission, and gas allowance, with the potential for annual compensation ranging from $60,000 to $100,000 in your first year, depending on your experience and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Identify leads, manage prospective customers, and acquire new business.
  • Demonstrate extensive product line knowledge.
  • Plan, determine, target accounts and markets to call on.
  • Perform calls to potential customers, setting meetings and follow-up calls.
  • Service new and existing clients, performing site surveys by reviewing site equipment and gathering pertinent information.
  • Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas.
  • Accomplish sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating field action plans.

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in cold calling sales with a strong track record of success (novice sales individuals encouraged to apply).
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.
  • Ability to represent the company in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, responding to all customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screen as required by the customer base.
