About the position

The Outside Sales Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market reach in the Mid-Atlantic regions, including Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Washington DC, and West Virginia. This role requires building and maintaining strong business relationships with customers, promoting high-quality products, and executing a strategic sales plan. The position is supported by various internal teams to ensure success in achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain exceptional business relationships with customers.
  • Promote and sell high-end quality products manufactured in the U.S.A.
  • Understand and teach the technical aspects of safety covers, vinyl liners, and removable fencing.
  • Execute and maintain a sales plan and itinerary.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the territory.
  • Provide troubleshooting and follow-up support to customers.
  • Travel within the territory to meet with customers and service the market.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience in the pool industry or a similar market.
  • Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
  • Proven track record in outside sales and B2B sales.
  • Experience in territory management and account management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Valid driver's license and excellent communication skills.
