About the position

The Outside Sales Territory Manager at SoftWash Systems is responsible for driving sales and providing excellent customer service within an assigned territory. This role involves delivering sales presentations, managing customer relationships, and participating in trade shows. The position offers unlimited commission potential, with the opportunity to earn a company vehicle and various benefits after a probationary period.

Responsibilities

  • Drive excellent customer service and sales in an assigned territory.
  • Deliver sales presentations and onsite proposals.
  • Administer and grow referral partner relationships.
  • Participate in and set up company trade shows.
  • Follow up with quotes that were not closed.
  • Establish and participate in local leads groups for lead creation.
  • Input customer information and data into the company CRM.

Requirements

  • Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Experience in outside sales preferred but not necessary.
  • Ability to generate leads and follow up on quotes.
  • Strong customer service skills and a proven track record in sales.
  • Familiarity with computer programs such as Word, Excel, and CRM systems.

Nice-to-haves

  • Basic understanding of marketing.
