About the position

The Senior Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is a dynamic and self-driven professional responsible for driving new business sales growth while also enhancing and retaining existing customer relationships. This role requires a proactive approach to understanding the competitive landscape of the assigned territory, which includes all of Nebraska and Eastern Kansas, to maximize profitability and customer value. The TSM is expected to meet or exceed corporate sales goals through effective territory management and extensive travel to engage with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Make sales calls to increase market share and profitability.
  • Develop and implement plans for growing the sales territory.
  • Attain sales and profit margin goals.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with support personnel.
  • Keep sales management updated on developments within the sales territory via CRM and periodic reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in metals or metal-related products.
  • Willingness to relocate within the defined territory.
  • In-depth knowledge of CSW product lines and service offerings.
  • Ability to effectively address customer issues and develop creative solutions that add value.
  • Good communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Motivation to thrive in a highly competitive environment with minimal supervision.
