About the position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients, particularly in the janitorial, industrial, safety, or restaurant supply sectors. The ideal candidate will leverage their sales skills and market analysis to drive growth and achieve sales targets within a designated territory.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within your territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our technology solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the management team to refine sales strategies based on market trends and customer feedback.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the sales process.
  • Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system for reporting purposes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products in the market.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in Janitorial, Industrial, Safety or Restaurant Supply.
  • Strong understanding of territory sales management principles.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in direct sales, inside sales, or retail sales environments.
  • Ability to analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts.
  • A customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
