The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a defined sales territory to achieve sales targets, with a specific emphasis on new home construction sales. In this role, you will identify and pursue new sales opportunities through direct sales and territory sales efforts. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven track record in direct sales, territory sales, and account management.
  • Strong knowledge of technology sales and the ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
  • Experience with sales management and the ability to manage sales activities, including sales calls, meetings, and presentations.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
