About the position

The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for selling OEM parts for RVs and cargo, focusing on building strong relationships with customers and achieving sales targets. This role requires a motivated and results-driven individual who can effectively identify new business opportunities and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Attend tradeshows, industry events, and customer meetings.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Outside Sales Representative or in a similar role.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and product information.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including 1st shift (typically 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
