About the position
The Outside Sales Representative at Denizen is responsible for generating sales and maintaining client relationships, specifically targeting ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI) in the built and construction environment. This role requires a proven track record in outside sales, with a focus on establishing a steady pipeline of opportunities and consistently meeting sales quotas. The position is full-time, based in Farmers Branch, TX, and involves networking and meeting with clients and referral partners in the DFW metroplex.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales and establish client relationships with UHNWI in the built/construction environment.
- Maintain and curate a steady pipeline of active sales opportunities.
- Consistently hit established monthly sales quotas, targeting $1M+/yr in sales.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Establish and maintain referral relationships with architects, general contractors, and other trades.
- Determine scope of work and ensure proposals align with client needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience generating over $1M/year.
- Proven track record in sales, particularly in the built/construction environment.
- Fluency in English.
- Valid Driver's License.

- Experience selling audio and video systems, networking, and control systems.
- Knowledge of high-end home cinema and audio products.
- Familiarity with architectural finishes and luxury home features.
