About the position

The Territory Sales Representative will be instrumental in driving business growth by expanding market presence and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction, property management, design, and landscaping industries. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans to maximize revenue opportunities within a designated territory.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the assigned territory, including builders, property managers, landscape architects, designers, and other industry professionals.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to generate leads and drive sales growth.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and utilize this information to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns, promotional materials, and presentations to support sales efforts.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the features, benefits, and applications of our artificial turf solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, negotiating terms and pricing to secure profitable business agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using our CRM system.
  • Stay current on industry developments, product innovations, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the construction, landscaping, or related industries, with established connections and networks within the territory.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and drive initiatives to successful completion.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory as needed.
