About the position
As a Crew Person, you will be responsible for various tasks including greeting and connecting with customers, helping them order their favorite McDonald's meals, preparing food, operating cooking equipment, ensuring items are well stocked, and maintaining health and sanitation standards. You will work with other crew members and managers to meet daily goals while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
- Preparing all of McDonald's World Famous food
- Operating deep fryers, grills, and other large-volume equipment for cooking
- Ensuring items are well stocked
- Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- Maintaining health and sanitation across the work areas
- Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
- Ensuring safety standards are maintained
- Other tasks as directed by management
