The Overnight Assistant at AMEND Treatment Center in Malibu is a part-time role focused on providing residential mental health care to adults in a supportive, luxury environment. Responsibilities
- Provide residential mental health care to adults during overnight shifts.
- Build rapport with clients and maintain professional boundaries.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients during overnight hours.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facility.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Completion of Criminal Record Clearance.
- Completion of Health Screen clearance.
- Proof of Covid-19 vaccination.
- Preferred minimum of one year of experience with persons with mental health concerns.
- Valid Class II driver's license with a clean driving record and current auto insurance.
- Current CPR/First Aid Certifications.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working in a mental health or behavioral health setting.
- Experience working overnight shifts.
