Overnight Caregiver

We are hiring in the following locations: Addison, IL, Bensenville, IL, Elmhurst, IL, Glendale Heights, IL, Itasca, IL, Lombard, IL, Villa Park, IL. All Shifts are available! Full Time or Part Time!

Responsibilities

• Promote and adhere to Assisting Hands Vision of helping people live their best life in the face of aging
• Address client needs with respect and dignity
• Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Assist with grocery shopping, running errands, doctor appointments
• Meal prep and light housekeeping
• Actively engage clients through conversation and companionship

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and maintain appropriate patient confidentiality
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to lift, push, pull 25 pounds, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach
• Must be able to work with pets in the home
• Must be able to pass a background check

Nice-to-haves

• Have at least one year of Home Health experience (preferred not required)
• Experience with Dementia
