Responsibilities

  • Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using hotel management software.
  • Perform night audit duties as required, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management.
  • Maintain the front desk area in a neat and organized manner, ensuring all supplies are stocked.
  • Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfill guest requests efficiently.
  • Utilize phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and relay messages accurately.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
  • Strong phone etiquette skills are essential for effective communication with guests over the phone.
