About the position
The Overnight Front Desk Agent at Woodspring Suites is a part-time role responsible for overseeing the property during overnight hours. The agent will ensure operations are conducted according to standards, respond to guest needs, and manage security and safety issues. This position requires living onsite and includes a studio accommodation with utilities paid. The role emphasizes a performance-based culture and offers flexible scheduling with the opportunity to access pay on demand through DailyPay.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the property after hours by making rounds and responding to guest needs.
- Check in after-hours guests and walk-ins with or without reservations.
- Conduct a PMS system audit to ensure operational standards are met.
- Ensure the security needs of the property and guests are met.
- Respond to requests from immediate supervisor and follow up as necessary.
- Wash, dry, and fold laundry as directed by management.
- Administer keys and familiarize with property emergency procedures.
- Give tours to potential guests and close sales on services and amenities.
Requirements
- One year of experience in customer service, preferably in hotel operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Bilingual preferred; must speak English fluently.
- Strong organizational skills.
