About the position
The Overnight Hotel Associate, also known as a Night Auditor, plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service during the overnight shift at Candlewood Suites. This position involves being the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience, and efficiently managing check-ins and check-outs. The Night Auditor is responsible for running the night audit, submitting nightly reports, and performing various front desk duties, all while working independently during the night hours.
