About the position

The Overnight Program Manager at Four Oaks Family and Children's Services is responsible for overseeing operations for assigned direct care programs. This role involves direct care support, program management, staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with agency standards and regulations. The Program Manager will lead a cohesive team, develop policies and procedures, and utilize data to improve service delivery and program efficiencies.

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate and oversee operations for assigned direct care program(s).
  • Define program policies & procedures, including admission criteria and operational standards.
  • Supervise staff on quality & timeliness of service provision & documentation.
  • Monitor case progress & outcomes of staff.
  • Coordinate and meet with community & collateral agencies.
  • Manage program revenues and expenditures to achieve fiscal targets.
  • Monitor regulatory, licensing, certification, and accreditation standards for compliance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation & reports.
  • Develop & implement new processes for program improvement.
  • Perform hiring, establish expectations, and provide performance tracking & feedback.
  • Develop and lead a cohesive team in support of agency mission, goals, and values.
  • Direct all work from assigned area to achieve unit goals.
  • Interpret operational policies & procedures for assigned staff.
  • Complete probationary and annual employee performance reviews within timelines.
  • Identify and resolve barriers to achieving performance goal attainment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in a direct service environment.
  • Demonstrated understanding of compliance requirements for regulatory, training, and documentation in residential care facilities.
  • Proven track record of creating a positive, outcome-oriented culture for staff.
  • Effective developmental, planning, and analytical abilities.
  • Superior written & verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
