About the position

The Overnight Sandwich Team Member at Paris Baguette is responsible for preparing a variety of sandwiches and salads, ensuring quality and presentation while supporting the overall operations of the restaurant during the night shift. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of sandwiches and salads.
• Assist and support in all areas of the restaurant as needed.
• Make dressings and sauces for sandwiches and pastries.
• Ensure sandwich display is presentable for customers.
• Complete various reports for records such as production, usage, and waste.
• Maintain daily par levels and restock station orders.
• Set up orders and demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.
• Inform supervisor when equipment is not working properly and when food supplies are getting low.
• Clean and sanitize refrigerator, freezer, storage, work areas, equipment, containers, utensils, and dishes.
• Receive stock and store food in designated containers and storage areas in an organized manner.

Requirements

• Ability to work overnight or early morning shift.
• Minimum of 1 year of food handling or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and knife handling.
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to work with diverse teams.
