About the position

The Overnight Service Center Advisor at Sapp Bros., Inc. is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the service center during overnight shifts. This role involves managing service tickets, assigning jobs to technicians, overseeing safety procedures, and maintaining a clean work environment. The advisor plays a crucial role in delivering a 5-Star experience to guests while supporting the overall efficiency of the service center.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, from greeting guests to managing service tickets.
• Assign jobs to technicians and ensure timely, quality repairs.
• Oversee safety procedures, including Lock Out Tag Out compliance.
• Assist with inventory, sales, and fleet account management.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent, preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of previous related experience in a service advisor or service writer role, preferred.
• Experience with typing or keyboarding.
• Physical presence at assigned work site, required.
• Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
